As a vibrant engineering team within the Nissan Group, Nissan Automotive Technology aim to create a work environment where each employee can actively demonstrate their abilities and experience personal growth through work、and we also aim to create a bright and vibrant workplace where the safety and physical and mental health of each employee is maintained.
For that, we have defined the following as our company mission and are working to ensure occupational safety.

• Each workplace will take necessary actions to prevent accidents (disasters, fires, etc.) and health problems.
• Take appropriate measures to prevent the spread, resolution, and recurrence of any accidents or health problems, and share these transparently.
• Practice exemplary road safety as a professional involved in automotive development.
